Members of the firm remain current with the recent developments in both statutory and case law through membership in organizations such as the American Trial Lawyers Association, the Defense Research Institute, Washington and Idaho State Trial Lawyers Associations, and other practice area groups.  These organizations also provide valuable resource information, enabling us to provide clients with the highest level of service. In addition, members of the firm provide service to the community acting as judges pro tem and arbitrators in matters not involving our clients.

The experience and specialization of our lawyers and the resources of our firm enable us to take the lead in representing clients in a full spectrum of matters, including complex transactions and litigation. The firm also acts as local counsel for out-of-town clients.
